Delete Data

You can permanently delete your SudoRush account and all data we hold in two ways.

1. In the app (recommended, immediate)

1. Open SudoRush.
2. Tap Settings from the main menu.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the settings screen.
4. Confirm. You may be prompted to re-authenticate with Google Play Games.
5. All data is deleted within seconds and you are signed out.

2. By email (if you cannot access the app)

Send an email to support@sudorush.com from the Google account associated with your SudoRush account. We will delete your data within 30 days of receipt.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile, including display name, coin balance, XP, level, and ELO ratings.
• Your match history and ranked records.
• Your leaderboard entries across all difficulty tiers.
• Any active match state, queue state, and in-flight game data.
• Unlocked items linked to your account (sabotages, themes, music packs).
• Local app cache stored on your device.
• Your authentication account (the login itself).

What we keep

• Aggregated, non-identifying website analytics. These cannot be linked back to you.
• Crash logs without user identifier (Firebase Crashlytics, retained 90 days, Google-managed).
• Purchase records held by Google Play, which we do not control.

Timeline

• In-app deletion: immediate.
• Email request: within 30 days.
